- Registered company name
- Registered company address
- Federal EIN/Tax ID number
- Your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address
- Your Social Security Number (SSN)
Bento does not offer credit and therefore we will not pull your credit report. This information is for verification purposes and is used solely for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. If we are unable to verify any information, you may be asked to provide additional documentation in order to complete your enrollment with Bento. We will inform you of exactly what additional information we will need but it can consist of the following:
