When is the promotion period? The Bento Loves Business Sweepstakes begins at 08:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on September 23, 2019 and ends at 11:00:00 AM CT on November 22, 2019.
What is Bento Pay™? This is a handy new feature in your Bento account that lets you send digital payments to any business payee using just their email address. Learn more.
What counts as an eligible entry in the sweepstakes? To count as an eligible entry, a payment via Bento Pay must be completed during the promo period, which means it must be accepted and processed by the payee.*
How many entries will I get for the sweepstakes? There is a limit of one sweepstakes entry per Bento account throughout the promo period.
How many Starbucks Gift Cards can I get? There is a limit of five Starbucks Gift Cards per Bento account throughout the promo period. You receive one Starbucks Gift Card for each completed transaction using Bento Pay during the promo period.
How can I redeem the Grand Prize? Winner of the Grand Prize ($5,000 Bento Card) will be notified and asked to confirm preferred delivery method.
How can I redeem the Starbucks Gift Cards? Starbucks Gift Cards will be mailed directly to your business shipping address.
Can I use the Grand Prize to buy anything I want? The $5,000 Bento Card is capable of use for purchases at designated merchant category codes (each an “MCC”) as defined by Visa USA, Inc. Examples of eligible MCCs are: Home, Garden Supply and Service (5200); Home Furnishings (5712); Wholesale Clubs and Office Supplies (5300); Retail and Miscellaneous Stores (5912); and Wholesale Trade (5045). This is not an exhaustive list. A complete list of all eligible MCCs will be provided to the winner.
